Dollars raised through the Bar Foundation champion the
cause of justice for people of Illinois who have nowhere else to turn. The Illinois Bar
Foundation is dedicated to funding vital community programs throughout the State that
provide essential legal services to all residents of Illinois and increase each citizen's
right of access to our State's judicial system.

providing funds for the many worthwhile programs the Foundation supports.
Celebrating. Recognizing. Commemorating.
Honoring. Appreciating. Sympathizing. Acknowledging. Memorializing. Congratulating.
Whenever you have cause for celebration, need a special way to say
"thank you," or want to convey your sympathies with a personal touch, the
Illinois Bar Foundation welcomes gifts year-round as expressions of remembrance to family
and friends..
A new partnership. Thanks for a job well
done. Law school graduations. Weddings and anniversaries.
New offices. Get well soon. Its a girl!
The list is endless and so are the Foundations needs.

The Illinois Bar Foundation is
grateful to those members of the Illinois State Bar Association
who participate in the voluntary check-off donation to the Foundation.
All members of the ISBA are encouraged to participate when ISBA
membership dues are mailed in July of each year.
Through these voluntary tax deductible contributions, the Foundation
distributed $288,122 during fiscal year 2005-2006
in grants to programs that enhance our system of justice, in
scholarships to encourage the worthiest of law students, and
in subsistence payments to lawyers or their survivors who have
fallen on hard times due to age or infirmity. |
