The mission of ISBA Tort Law Section
- to enhance the knowledge and professional capabilities of lawyers who devote their time to the practice of tort law in all its substantive branches;
- to disseminate current information such as proposed legislation and case law to members of the section and explain the ramifications of these changes on members' tort practice;
- to promote improvement in the tort system through reform where it is needed; and
- to study other areas of reform of tort law about which there is much concern.
