2007 Supplement to Illinois Decisions on Search and Seizure
This supplement updates the 2005 Illinois Decisions on Search and Seizure handbook, adding more than 140 new search and seizure cases from the U.S. Supreme Court, and Illinois Supreme Court and appellate courts.
The original book and this supplement have both been prepared by two respected legal scholars John F. Decker of DePaul University College of Law and Ralph Ruebner of John Marshall Law School. Cases are current thru June of 2007.
