Registration Information

How to Register
Register by clicking on the program title of your choice on the Law Ed Calendar, then clicking on "Register Now!" You'll also find a registration form in the latest ISBA Bar News, or you can request a form by e-mailing the CLE Department or calling 217-525-1760 or 800-252-8908.

Advance Registration Deadline
All advance registrations, with payment, must be received at ISBA at least three working days prior to the program presentation. ISBA accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration will be mailed to you. You do not need the confirmation form to gain admittance to the program once your registration is confirmed, but producing the form at the ISBA Registration Desk prior to the program will speed your admittance.

Same-Day Registration
Because of limited seating at most locations, same-day registration cannot be guaranteed. If your plans do not allow advance registration, please bring a check or credit card with you. Checks should be made out to the Illinois State Bar Association or ISBA.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please call at least three working days prior to the program if you need to cancel your reservation. Refunds or credit card adjustments are made following the last presentation of each program

If You Miss the Program…
If you are not able to attend a program for which you pre-paid but did not cancel, a course book will be sent to you several days after the program, unless you are a law student, legal services attorney or new admittee. You do not have to call and request this service.

Special Needs
The ISBA Chicago Regional Office is wheelchair-accessible and also offers special headphones for the hearing-impaired. Other sites are selected for maximum accessibility. ISBA encourages the visually-impaired to bring along an additional individual at no additional charge to take notes or assist. (Please be sure to register the assistant, as space is sometimes limited.) Attorneys who are physically-challenged are welcome to contact the CLE Registrar a week prior to the program to determine how ISBA can facilitate their attendance
