Lawsuit Seeks $24 Million in I-64 Crash that Killed Two Sisters
The mother of two Collinsville sisters killed in November when a state police cruiser slammed into their car on Interstate 64 has filed a lawsuit against the state and the Illinois State Police, seeking $24 million in damages. From the Belleville News-Democrat.

State Farm Settles Katrina-Related Suits
The nation's largest insurance company has settled out of court with more than a dozen Mississippi policyholders whose lawyers were barred from representing them in lawsuits against the insurer over Hurricane Katrina damage, according to court filings Thursday. From Chicago Business.
