Sale of Law Practice Listing Form | Illinois State Bar Association

If you want to list your practice for sale on the ISBA’s “Sale of Practice” webpage, please fill out the the form below as completely as possible. Once submitted, the content will be reviewed and then posted our page with the exception of your name and contact information. If a prospective buyer is interested in purchasing the practice, they will contact the ISBA and the ISBA will provide them with your name and contact information. You and the prospective buyer are then free to communicate with each other (or not) with no other involvement of the ISBA.

The cost of the listing for ISBA members is $200, and it will remain available for viewing on the webpage for three months. Additional months can be purchased for $50 per month. For non-ISBA members, the cost of listing is $300 for three months. Additional months can be purchased for $50 per month.
